Yes, from birth. Three adjustments make this work together: the neckline cinch pull string wraps the fabric around baby's head and neck for full support without folding or stuffing; the upper tunnel shortens the panel height for a smaller baby; and the velcro seat width narrows to create the M-position seat newborns need. The M-position means your baby's knees sit higher than their bottom in a natural frog-leg spread. It's the ergonomic standard recommended for all baby carriers because it supports healthy hip socket development, especially during the first year of life. Machine wash warm in a laundry bag or pillowcase. Hang dry. Do not iron the shoulder straps or waist belt — heat can damage the fabric structure.
